Dyslexia Therapy & Literacy Intervention
1. Services
Bright Reading provides evidence-based structured literacy intervention using a multisensory, Orton-Gillingham-based approach. Instruction is individualized to meet each student's needs. Services are educational and do not constitute a medical diagnosis.
2. Attendance
Students benefit most from consistent attendance. Please arrive on time and attend all scheduled sessions. If your child will be absent, notify Bright Reading as soon as possible.
3. Cancellation & Make-Up Policy
At least 24 hours' notice is requested for cancellations. Make-up sessions may be offered for illness or emergencies when scheduling allows. Sessions missed without notice may be charged at the full session rate.
4. Late Arrivals
Sessions will end at the scheduled time. Students arriving late will receive the remaining session time to avoid disrupting other families.
5. Tuition & Payment
Payment is due according to your selected payment schedule. Any outstanding balance may result in services being paused until payment is received.
6. Illness Policy
Please keep your child home if they have a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or another contagious illness within the previous 24 hours.
7. Home Practice
Brief home practice may be assigned to reinforce learning. Parent encouragement greatly supports student progress.
8. Communication
Parents are encouraged to communicate questions or concerns. Progress updates will be provided periodically, and conferences may be scheduled as needed.
9. Confidentiality
Student information will remain confidential and will only be shared with written parent permission or when required by law.
